Terms of Service

1. Authorised business use

The workspace is intended for authorised SOVA Intelligence personnel and approved business operations. Users must not use the application for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorised activity.

2. Human approval

Lead discovery results are research suggestions. Users remain responsible for reviewing recipient information, campaign content and attachments before sending. The system is designed to require an authorised user action before outbound campaigns.

3. Email responsibilities

Users must send only appropriate SOVA business communications and comply with applicable laws, contractual duties, recipient preferences and Google/Gmail policies. Users should not intentionally send spam or misleading messages.

4. Google authorisation

Access to the official Gmail mailbox is provided through Google OAuth. SOVA does not require users to share the mailbox password with the application. The account owner may revoke Google access at any time.

5. Availability and changes

SOVA may update, suspend or modify the internal workspace as business requirements change. Features that depend on external providers such as Google, Supabase, Cloudflare or search providers may also be affected by those providers' availability, limits or terms.
