SOVA Outreach Automation

SOVA Outreach Automation is part of the SOVA Intelligence Workspace, an internal business platform used by authorised SOVA personnel to manage lead research, client projects and business outreach. Its Gmail integration lets SOVA send approved business emails from the official SOVA mailbox without sharing the mailbox password with employees.

What the application does

Finds and organises potential business leads for SOVA-managed projects.
Allows authorised staff to review and select recipients before any email is sent.
Uses Google OAuth to authorise the official SOVA Gmail account for sending approved outbound emails.
Supports one-to-one email campaigns, attachments, duplicate-send protection and sent-history tracking.
Does not automatically approve leads or send campaigns without an authorised user's action.

Why Google account access is requested

The application requests the Gmail send permission only so authorised SOVA users can send outbound business emails from the official SOVA mailbox. The application does not use Gmail permission to read inbox messages, read email history, delete messages, or access unrelated Google data.
